WNDR. Recruitment have partnered with a leading online e-commerce beauty retailer who are currently seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Community Manager to look after their online communication channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have 4+ years experience in social marketing (preferably with agency exposure) and be fluent in Cantonese (written/spoken) as well as strong English communication skills.
Role:
- Assist the marketing / e-commerce team in marketing promotional & communication strategies
- Assist with updating/strategy of the content calendars
- Ensure content is delivered on relevant platforms in a timely manner
- Provide up to date content on promotions, product knowledge as well
- Provide customer service & other relevant teams with feedback from users/wider community
- Able to provide market research/insights & trends on competitors as well as the industry
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or related
- 4+ years experience in online/digital marketing covering social channels
- Exposure/experience working in an agency is highly preferred
- Must be fluent in social media channels including Facebook, Instagram
- Creative, independent but also a team player
- Strong communication skills (written/spoken)
